The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has 8,920 spaces with more than 342 million square feet. Many of these spaces will have a study commissioned or will be renovated in the near future. As one of the largest purchasers of architecture services in the United States, find out what the GSA is expecting from your firm. Explore sustainability as it relates to federal law, a memorandum of understanding among federal agencies, and new language for GSA contracts and solicitation for offers.
