  • Document client and team goals and constraints that lead to better design, higher profitability, and potentials for expanded services into design-led design-build, with specific case studies and lessons learned
  • Analyze, articulate, confirm with clients and team members, and use as project metrics for success and profitability project critical success factors
  • Develop better and more detailed work plans, tools, and processes to assess the fundamentals, risks, and rewards of design-led design-build and for scope definition and management which are the keys to design-build success
