Your skills make a difference. Practice and experience personal development for your leadership style in this three consecutive day workshop. A change process begins with awareness that yields to acceptance followed by action. Start your change process for leadership skills today. You will receive a report with your leadership skills that acts as a mini-planner and make your change process easier and more effective. Employ newly learned insights in peer group discussions and hands on exercises.

Learning Objectives:
  • Describe the cycle of change and explain how to make changes to self-selected behaviors.
  • Create an action plan to change a select number of behaviors for one's leadership style.
  • Apply constructive negotiation strategies, including communication skills in hands-on group activities, to achieve effective solutions
