Come ready to sketch in this refresher course on all that you love about design. Participants will take a single program and create and evaluate three distinct design concepts. Subsequent design iterations will replicate the delicate dance of design from concept to building. This seminar will feature small group interaction with tangible design results. (Prior attendance at Creating Architectural Concepts is ideal.)

Learning Objectives:
  • Determine how to create multiple design concepts for a specific program
  • Use a design concept to guide the development of a design and present it for feedback
  • Explain how practical constraints require modification or interpretation of design concepts
