Operation Mindshift is a new initiative involving the AIA; the U.S. General Services Administration; Metropolis magazine; Gensler; Turner Construction; KPMG; the Global Design Alliance, Studio and Partners; Haworth; Transwestern; Cushman; and Beitler LLP. Business demands for improvement, global competition, technology, shifting social values, and demographics are explored. Our purpose is to shift the building culture toward greater collaboration and integration. Discover benefits and tools to be a catalyst of change in your practice.
