Review state-of-the-art methods of assessment, treatment, and enhancement of historic buildings as part of their sustainability strategies for the 21st century. The latest techniques of documentation, analysis, testing, modeling, and innovative repair and enhancement will be explained to help preserve the best of the past in a benign and sustainable manner.

  • Plan and deliver more efficient and effective condition surveys and assessments of historic buildings
  • Design, specify, and validate (through modeling and trials) more benign, durable, and sustainable repairs
  • Design and specify improvements and upgrades to make historic buildings more sustainable
