| Networking/Business Events We know that one of the most important draws to any AIA event is the chance to network with other AIA members. After all, at the end of the day, architecture is also a business. And making contacts and trading e-mail addresses can be just as important as designing the next great building. That’s why we give you several chances to hobnob, mingle, and socialize with your fellow architects during the convention. Event locations will be listed on your itinerary and in the on-site Final Program at the convention. Remember, many events are free but registration is required. To make the convention comfortable for all attendees, we must have an accurate head count for each event. So please tell us which ones you plan to attend by signing up in advance.
