To answer the question What are you doing for others? all architects need to know how to produce high-quality photographic images of their work. Through interactive talks, computerized slide presentations, and hands-on demonstrations, this workshop explains digital architectural photography fundamentals, digital camera and lens choices, image composition, perspective and color control, and how and when to use a professional photographer.

Learning Objectives:
  • Operate current digital cameras and put them to creative use in architectural photography applications
  • Skillfully communicate the aesthetic and technical qualities of your projects with digitally made architectural photographs
  • Make effective use of digital architectural photography to market your work by getting your images published in architectural journals and magazines, through desktop publishing and printing, and through appropriate applications on the World Wide Web
