What are the exhibit show hours?
Thursday, May 15 . . . . . . . .9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

Saturday, May 17 . . . . . . . . 9:30 a.m.–2 p.m.

All exhibitors are required to staff their booth(s) during the posted show hours. Exhibitors will not be allowed to dismantle their booth prior to the official close of the show at 2pm on Saturday, May 17. This includes any kind of tear down activity including the packing of promotional materials, the removal of signs, etc. There are no exceptions to this rule. Early dismantle of an exhibit will result in forfeiture of priority points for future events.

Can I set my own booth?
All exhibitors are required to comply with the local labor guidelines. Please refer to the following document for further information: . In general, "[i]ndividual exhibitors who wish to install and dismantle their own booths can do so if they: use company personnel, do not attempt to bring in "pick-up labor," comply with local and state fire, safety and insurance regulations and rules set by Exposition Management."

What are the rules regarding hanging signs?
Only booths that are 600 sq ft or larger are allowed a hanging sign. The top of the sign may not be higher than 20' from the ground and the bottom of the sign must be a minimum of 8' from the ground.

Can I request a variance for my hanging sign?
No. Booths that are less than 600 sq ft will not be allowed to hang a sign above their booth. There are no exceptions to this rule. Also, the max height for hanging signs is 20'. No allowances will be made for requests to hang signs above the 20' maximum height.
